I've tried copying the fonts in c:\windows\fonts from another Windows 10 computer, setting fonts to default, but doesn't make a difference. I can open and use the documents fine on another Windows 10 computer, so it's strange why I get the issue one this particular computer. If I change the text to something other than Helvetica, the issue goes away.
